Computer restart again and again

Hello

I have problem with my PC it restart again and again after few seconds when i turn it on and it dosen't give any sound the sound card is disable i think so

Need more info. Have you changed the motherboard or operating system lately?

I just changed the hard drvie and the sound card is disable i see in the control panel the sound is out of order as i update the drivers for sound but it dosent work and restart after few seconds when i trun it on. I havn't change motherboard or operating system except hard disk

I would connect your old drive if it still works. You may need to prep the new drive to load windows. I use maxblast 5.0, a free download, which can also clone your old drive. Many retail drives have software with the drive that acts as a bootdisk.
