ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
I found this build (thanks to teamYNS) as a starting point:
AMD Athlon II X3 440 Rana 3.0GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Desktop Processor ADX440WFGIBOX

SAPPHIRE 100283-3L Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333

I will need PSU. What would be a good recommendation for this configuration? In the earlier build 450watt was ok.
Will I need extra case fans or an additional CPU cooler for OC? Are there any good case/PSU combos?
I would like to have a media card reader in the case. Should I add one like this to the case or get a different case with one built in?
