I will need PSU. What would be a good recommendation for this configuration? In the earlier build 450watt was ok.

Will I need extra case fans or an additional CPU cooler for OC? Are there any good case/PSU combos?

I would like to have a media card reader in the case. Should I add one like this to the case or get a different case with one built in?

looks good. id get a 550w psu, xfx is good.
as for hfs, the cooler master hyper 212 pro is great, cheap too.
get whichever case you like more, as this is what you'll have to stare at every day. if the case comes with a card reader, cool. if not, go get one for cheap. the ones you picked should cool well.
