Hi. I have a Xeon W3520, a HD 6850 graphic card and 4GB PC3-10700 RAM. I'd like to find a budget Motherboard and a suitable Power Supply for gaming. Thank you in advance :p

I have no idea what country you reside in so some of these may not be available where you live.

You need a reputable name brand power supply unit that is 450 Watts or greater with a combined +12 Volt current rating of 24 Amps or greater. Select from brands like Antec, Corsair, Enermax, Seasonic and XFX.

What is your budget for these two items? It will help narrow down the possible choices.

Thank you, ko888 for the response. I wanted to take advantage of the price drop on Xeon w3520. However, the motherboards turn out to be really expensive for that model.

I guess it makes more sense to buy an i3-2100 (or X4 955 BE) with a cheap motherboard and PS like these:

My budget is... "as cheap as possible but still maintains stability and efficiency". I only play games though and I don't overclock either. My ideal resolution is 1600x900 with max out detail and maybe a little AA/AF.

What is your recommendation? Thanks. I'm from Canada btw :)
