Pent 4 3.2gHz processor and fan assy price?

Hello,
I have an extra Pent 4 3.2gHz processor and fan assy that is in a Dell 4700C that the MB no longer works because I flashed it trying to upgrade the bios. Does anyone know if the processor and fan assy are worth anything so I can sell it? I was asking 40 bucks
