Athlon II X4 640 c3 stepping?

My current rigs runs a mildly OC'ed Athlon II 250 (3.3 GHZ, stock cooler with AS5 ). Mine came in an Ibox, the older version of the AMD chips and has c2 stepping.

The newest Athlon IIs, including the mentioned X4, come designated as Mbox, which I know for the Phenom II line means c3 stepping. Is this tru for the lower end Athlon II as well? cause I smell an upgrade >_>

640 should only be available in C3 stepping, the 635 was the last C2 Athlon II X4.
