What is the specification on the 512 ram? You should read some ram tutorials.
THE 256 IS PROBABLY compatible with your 512 ram.
THE 133 IS not compatible. It IS PC 100/133 ram.
Please post CPUZ for 512 ram.. expect it is PC 2700 or PC 3200.

English is fine, I tend to try to keep replies too short.
You do need to know the termenology (labels) and basic specifications (like tire sizes and ratings for cars) to know what is going on (works) inside computers.
THE PC3200 is 184 pin at 2.5 volts.
PC133 is 168 pin at UM 3.2 volts?
You may be able to find used PC3200 RAM now that you know what to look for. luck.
