Your trying to run modern games with onboard graphics, get a dedicated video card like a HD5770.

Yes it could well be that your sharing your system RAM with your on board VGA

A GTX470 is a great card, although its alittle overkill for your resolution.

A HD5770 would be enough for that resolution but obviously not as future proof as a GTX470.

You definitely don't need 700MB of shared graphics ram... I'd go with 128MB with such a weak chip...
If you want a totally awesome card, the GTX 470 or Radeon 5850 would both be great. They would definitely max out both those games at that resolution with AA. Performance-wise, the 470 is a little bit better, but costs $50 more and uses more power too. Still I'd go for 470 over 5850. By the way, what's "ichill"? A store? You should get it at www.newegg.com

You are not seeing 4 gig of ram because you are probably running a 32bit OS.

First, check this.. http://dictionary.reference.com/sitemap/, you will find some real words you can use in there.

Onboard video will work pretty bad with games, and any of the 470 series will run just fine, check www.newegg.com for some customer reviews.
