Help - lost raid - do not see on boot

Hello,

I need a little help. Everything was working fine and then I decided to reboot. When the computer came back up, I did not see two drives I normally see in the post. These drives are set up as RAID 1 and contain Windows.

The motherboard is a P5Q Deluxe. The drives are WD Raptors (SATA). The OS is Windoes 7 Ultimate.

Where would you start?

Looks like I might have a different problem. I left the computer off for the night and started up again this morning. I now cannot get past the screen that says to press DEL to run the BIOS. It stays on, but that's it. What died?
