I'm building my own mid-range gaming PC and I just wanted to get a thumbs up from you guys here who have been so helpful to me in my first time attempting to build my own PC! All of the components listed are the only ones I need, everything else not listed (OS, monitor, etc.) is accounted for!

Case & PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811162042

HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822145287

Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130293

Video: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102873

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103846

The final price of all of this before shipping $562.93 is exactly the sweet spot of the maximum amount that I want to spend on the system. So if any of you are thinking about suggesting an alternative for one of these components make sure it doesn't go above that price!

Thanks everyone! This community is really awesome =)

a big NO NO NO to the PSU.

really, thats the one place you absolutely must not skimp. pay the extra for a corsair vx450.

if you have to make cutbacks somewhere else, then do it. but that PSU is liable to die early and take half your system with it.

Davcon,

Thanks for the help! With the savings from the different CPU, I can afford to get a legit PSU and not a crappy one that comes with the tower! Thanks a lot for the help!

No problem! as the other members pointed out you don't want to take chances on your psu.
