Replacing motherboard

Hi my motherboard has failed and I am trying to find a suitable replacement the old one was an asus p5n-t delux but I cant get one anywhere. I have been told an asus p5q motherboard will do but cant find one. the PC repair shop have offered to put in a gigabyte GAG31M but this is a very low end board.

Please can you suggest a suitable motherboard here are my components
