Help me understand this

i just bought all the parts for a computer, and put it together myself but for some reason, the motherboard flashes FF at me and the screen says their is no input signal.

Specs:
890fxa-gd70 motherboard
amd phenom 2 x6 processor
corsair xms3 4gb (2x2gb) RAM
radeon 5770 graphics card
caviar black 500gb hard drive
xfx 750w power supply
lite on dvd writer

note: 4by4 pins are in, the 24 pin is in, pci-3 pins are in, all securely, but for some reason, it still flashes FF and my screen gets no input signal. please somebody help me.

Hi, the FF points mostly to yr cpu, Re seat the CPU and check it for bent pins
