there is no difference between 2ms and 5ms.
that biostar mobo is very bad quality.
with this build you should get up to 3.8ghz with the cpu no prob.

Not right now. I may have some later on overclocking and the voltage/cooling required and what i have to change. For right now i seem to be in great shape. Thanks
