Hi I was just wondering if you guys knew about any motherboards that are socket 1155 and have a green color scheme or something that would look good with a green lighting effect

Thanks :wahoo:

LOL, you want to decorate the inside of your case!? Sorry, but it is has me ROTFLMAO. Sorry, I don't know of any green mobos, but there are black ones out there. I just wouldn't go with a red one unless you want to look like Christmas.

I think that you have to select the coloe scheme that best suits you. I like the combination of black and green over blue and green, but that is my personal choice.

I hope that you realize that the main considerations in choosing a mobo are the features other than color scheme. If you are building a home server, for example, you may want more SATA and USB ports than if you are building a stand alone gaming rig.

But I have not seen a green 1155 mobo and wish you well in your build.

wanna post the price on each item(Canada?)? a bit much for that build, I dont think 1000w is necessary even in the long term unless u want to TRI sli/cf. 800w is good future proof even for sli/cf. Also the Noctua NH-D14 out perform the h70. Probably can find it sale sometime. http://ncix.com/products/?sku=47090&vpn=NH-D14&manufacture=Noctua

The Motherboard referring to the MSI isnt that great in OC. I think it has 12+2, You can get Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD5-B3 which has 20 phase for $224 after $30 MIR.
http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=26_722&item_id=038894 (NCIX has price match)

Maybe you should wait for a sale each item, I got mysetup around $1700 tax not included and not including bunch of other stuff water cooling, and things.
cpu -$300 , mb - $200, rams - $140, ssd - $230, 2 GPU - $510($30 MIR), PSU -$200 ($50MIR), case - $200.

H70 can go around $70, CPU around $200-$210. Ram- Corsair bit Overpriced, you can get the same speed on different brand for about $70-$80, GPU is fine maybe cheaper if you dont mind Zotac brand its $420 after Mir if your in Canada at Canadacomputers,650d can go to $150 or you can pick 600t, both are nice cases. Haf-X are $150 and PhantomCase is on sale at ncix at $99, PSU is opened to discusion, Corsair, Seasonic are good options too. SSD is open too, try get a Sata 3 speed they are 400-500mbread/ 400mb write speed around the same price

Well the reason I'm not waiting for a sale on everything is because I'm getting them to build the system for me. I know how to i'm just kind of busy with exams right now. It's only $50 for it to be assembled so it's not that big of a deal imo
