I'd actually try looking for a 5750. Same speed (mostly) as the 4850 or the GTS250, but with the power consumption of the 9800GT. Add in DX11 and eyefinity support and you've got a winner. Last I looked they were around the $110 shipped point, so its technically over $100. But if you can add in the extra money you'd be a lot better off.

They aren't in the same caliber, 9800GT's performance is better than GT240.

From ebay prices, it seems 4850 is quite costlier then 9800 in india.
However I have heard people saying price of 9800 as low as 3500 Re..

Yes,you can disable/enable the Onboard video card from the BIOS.
