Changing CMOS battery!

Hello!

I recently found that a motherboard (p67a UD7 B3) of mine has a "bad" CMOS lithium battery. However, I have another motherboard(p67a UD3p B3) with what appears to be the same battery type.

Would it be safe to replace the bad battery with the battery from the UD3?

Yes it's more then likely identical.

They should both be CR2032 batteries.
