^exactly.. If you are going to overclock your CPU then its always safe, irrespective of the amount of overclock, to go for an aftermarket CPU cooler.. Otherwise the stock cooler is quite good..
if your not overclocking you should be fine using the standard cooler,
but without more information we cant really do anything other than fete our favourite coolers.

Best bang for your buck is the Cooler Master Hyper 212+. The absolute best air cooler is the Noctua NH-D14. A smaller cooler that is almost as good is the Thermalright VenemousX.
