All sites are not working on BSNL Broadband

I was working on one system where there is BSNL braodband connection. After installing Windows and the network setup, everything runs fine for as long as I use the login ID and password to connect to the internet. But when I configure the same in the Router, it will not work for all sites. Some sites will not open.
Any idea, why this happens so?

note down you bsnl DNS & IP before changing

and what exactly u get problems are the packets migrating check in status
