How to connect my computer to new hd which has different power conectr

I bought a new hard disk, but when I try to install it in my computer, it turns out that my HDD has this connector http://i.imgur.com/TjnJj.jpeg
but all the available cable in my PC seems to be of this kind: http://i.imgur.com/rdtRh.jpeg
Does this mean that they are not compatible? Is there any way I can install the HDD, like by buying an adapter? What do I need to be aware of if I buy an adapter?
