Here are the ATI recommended power supply requirements for the ATI Radeon HD 5770 and 5750 video cards:

450 Watt or greater power supply with one 75 watt, 6-pin PCI Express® power connector recommended

600 Watt or greater power supply with two 75 watt, 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors for ATI CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode.

The recommendations are for an entire pc system..

Corsair and Seasonic are two brands that have a reputation for high quality power supplies that consistently earn high marks in technical reviews. They are reliable, stable, and come with a 5 year warranty. Some of the newer models come with a 7 year warranty (in the USA). Good review of the XFX 650w

http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/XFX-650-W-XXX-Edition-Power-Supply-Review/899

"XFX 650 W XXX Edition is a very good power supply, being capable of delivering its labeled wattage at high temperatures, keeping high efficiency if you pull up to 80% of its labeled capacity (i.e., up to 520 W), a three percent voltage regulation (as opposed of 5% as defined on the ATX specification – translation: voltages closer to their nominal values than required), low noise and ripple levels, modular cabling system and a single-rail design."

jonnyguru review - gives it an 8, with the only problem crossloading (only an issue in older systems) or as the wolf says "The fact remains that test CL1 did in fact meet all minimum load specs for the unit, and as such I believe we should not be seeing out of spec ripple anywhere within this range. As it stands now, this is a good unit for 99% of the people out there reading this. Buy one without worry, for your modern 12V based rig will never see this ripple bug come out and bite you. But if you need something to run that old 5V based Athlon rig, you should seriously look elsewhere. "
