HP slimline s3020n video

My kid's s3020n turns on but no video despite trying other monitors. I think the integrated video conked out & that all I need is a video/graphics card right? What would you guys recommend?

I understand there are power supply issues with higher end graphics cards on the slimline models but we are not into gaming that much. All we need is to get video out of the machine again. Thanks
