GPU - Would it better to do 2x 5850's, or one 5970 and get a second one at a later date?

Case - http://www.mountainmods.com/u2ufo-mirror-black-powder-coat-original-top-p-77.html

PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371032

Now I currently have a http://www.koolance.com/water-cooling/product_info.php?product_id=564
I will be adding it to my new build with it cooling - CPU/MB/Video Card(s). possibly with a dual pass system, if it cant handle the load of all three.

Are there any sidegrades that I might have overlooked? What CPU/MB combo would work best? Etc etc... Let me know your thoughts, since I plan on spending a good amount I don't want to overlook something.

Unless you plan to go with Xeon procs, the Rampage looks better. Two full x16 pathways when in xFire.

CPU looks good, that was actually one I've been looking to purchase. If the liquid cools well then you shouldn't hit that Intel heat throttle.

What about this for memory, slightly lower timing plus a bit cheaper: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226121

Everything else looks ok unless I missed something. Good luck!
