Turn on the bluetooth hardware on your laptop

i have hp pavilion dv6 3007tu laptop when i install the drivers of bluetooth an error occurs stating
switch on the Bluetooth hardware before installing this package.
what should i do?

I have the same problem but the document given above doesnt work for me hp1201TU. I have BMC20702A0.. Whenever i try to install the drivers it says turn on the bluetooth device first. Anybody has any solution regarding this.
