Hello,I am considering buying an ASUS m4n98td and would like to know the best memory matchup

When it comes to memory, there aren't really the best "brands" that you can recommend. It's ram, and it either works or it doesn't work. On that note, what you really need to look for best with RAM is timings and heatsinks. Personally, I have the G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB (4GBx2) and it runs fantastic on my system. I don't know how much you'll need, so I'll just recommend the 4GB for now. Make sure that if you're installing an aftermarket heatsink for your CPU that the ram heatsinks don't protrude into its space. I have the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ and it fits fine with them.
