New SSD's and Sandy bridge are all slated for Q4 2010, so wait.

Also, don't get that ram, it's pretty bad. In addition, don't get a GA P55 board unless it the pre USb 3/sata 6 UD4.

That's a crap PSU. Get a XFX, OCZ modxstream, Antec 80+ or Corsair PSU.

ssds are quite pricy, is the ud3 motherboard ok? i can get that and upgrade my ram 2 transcend aXeRam ddr3 2000 4gb, but i want to overclock so i was looking at the Octua NH-D14 and the thermalright venemous x, so you think i should wait though?

Depending on how urgent you need a new PC you should wait. Or if you need one, you can just built it now and install SSD later.

RAM issue is the company and timing are bad. Get a G Skill Eco kit for example. DDr3 1600 Cas 7 $105

A mild OC is fine with stock fan. Scythe Mugen is nearly identical performance for $35, no need to spend $90 on a Noctua.

Scythe doesn't work with tall RAM though. the Eco's I linked are fine.

OUTSTANDING PSU - Corsair 650 $90 + $4 shipping - $10 (w promo code EMCYWYP25) = $84 - $20 MIR = $64. Sligthly over kill unless you going to put 2 GPUs in xfire/SLI) BUT you would also need a diff MB for that.

PS - I would Get this NOW. (Added if you live in US)

+1 on other comments,
On Memory, I like OCZ ripjaw Memory DDR3-1600 CL 7 @ 1.6 V

I had Transend AxeRam....... was some really good stuff. CAS7/CAS9.... you're not going to notice the difference and if you over clock you might have to loosen them anyways.

The supposedly better AMD processors are supposed to ship early next year...??? The 1156 processor is near end of life and will not be compatible with the newer 155 chip. And end of life is nothing IMO. They're still fast. They also might not be good over clockers (155) because of the change in architecture.

I wouldn't wait. I'd build the best I can get in your specified time table and wouldn't worry about it.
