You can find the 1GB mem version on the egg for that price. Here's a 4870 for $120 w/ rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... You are awfully close to the HD 5770 though, which is directx 11 capable. In your shoes, I would save just a little more and get one of those.
