One SATA and IDE

Hi....

I have one ide and one sata interface harddisk.I have installed them together in my cabinet.But the problem is this windows recognizes ide as disk 0 and sata as disk 1...I am installing windows 7 on sata which is disk 1 in my case.So it creates as by default its system reserved partition of 100mb on IDE.... though i am installling on SATA...

I want that os and all system reserved should be on SATA....and IDE is mainly for storage of my data

How can i solve this or is this ok??

Unplug the data drive when installing Windows then after install you can plug it in with no problems. You pretty much always have to do this or it creats the problem you are having.
