Yes you have all the components. However, you also have some bad choices there. HSF, case and CPU for example. Fill out form in sticky, link in sig.

Also, don't need SATA cable,s mobo comes with a bunch.

Frankly, that case just sucks its cheap bad brand.. on and on. You don't need sata cables! Motherboard comes with them, all motherboards do! hope this helps

for the ram sticks the ones i mentioned is cl7 and yours are cl9 and in cl timings lower is better
