Budget: $1,000ish

I'm looking for some advice on a build. This is intended to be kind of a budget build but still have capacity for upgrades down the road.

Case: Cooler Master 690 II Advanced
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119216

Motherboard: MSI 790FX-GD70
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130223

Processor: AMD Phenom II X2 Black Edition
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103846

Graphics Card: Sapphire Toxic Radeon HD 5850 2GB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102889

Memory: A-Data Gaming Series 4GB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211409

Power Supply: XFX 750W
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207003

HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB

Mostly I'm looking for some advice on how to make this a little less expensive. As you can see, I've kind of disregarded my own budget for the graphics card, but I really like that one, but still open to suggestions. I'm trying to make it so that I have room for upgrading to a Crossfire setup eventually, but that's making things a little expensive. I'm also really trying hard to stick to a black and blue color scheme.

Also, I'm really new to the whole PC building thing (this will be my first build) and I get kinda confused by things like RAM timings, the BIOS, or overclocking. So any links to guides on stuff like that are appreciated.

EDIT: Added a budget

2gb of videocard ram isn't goin to make a difference in gaming.
don't ever get a dualcore cpu.
that mobo is so overkill.

here is a build for $1,042.92 before $35 rebates and it's cf ready

Wow, that was fast. That build actually looks really good. It completely throws any kind of color scheme out the window, but whatever I guess. I think I'll actually go with that.
