How bad is my pc?

I just want to know what you guys think of my pc and how fast should i upgrade my pc on a scale from 0 to 10.

Asus hd 5670 1gb
Maxtor 6V300FO ATA device
6Y160PO ATA device
Ace AL1951 res: 1280*1024
AMD athlon 64 X2 4200+
Asus A8N-sli premium
Antec Neo HE 430W

I hope you guys give me some advice.

A bit of old and a bit of new, I would probably give a 5. As a gaming machine its lacking in CPU power a lot and GPU a bit. As an office machine its overkill ofcourse.

As Reccy points out, as long as it does what you want, don't worry about it. If you have $$$ and want to upgrade it, where are you having issues? What does the computer do or not do thats p!$$ing you off?

Yeah Id agree with the rest it average compared to all the computers out there. Rating: 6.5

Somethimes it lags and somethimes it shuts down games without a reason. I just want to know if i need to upgrade my pc fast or if i can wait, i want to play future games.
