SSD with or without windows 7 OS

I just purchased a Kingston HyperX 3k 120 gb ssd. I also have a 1.5 tb seagate. I wanted to know if its worth putting the os on the ssd, or should I continue to use the seagate for the os and the majority of my programs, and only put games and other complex programs on the ssd.

Also would there be any benefit of installing video card drivers on the ssd?

If you haven't guessed, I've never used a ssd before. So any other info would be appreciated, thanks guys.
