Need help looking for a new video card

Hey guys,
A friend of mine referred me to this site for help. My old video card burned out, and now im stuck with a low end one that im borrowing from a friend of mine. I was looking at the Geforce 9800 Gtx+ which i found here:

Was just wanting to know if I am going to run into any issues with my current setup, or if you guys have any better suggestions. Here is the Everest summary of my computer, and I dont think it mentions it, but I am using a 500 watt power source. Thanks in advance for any help!
