CNPS7500-AlCu LED

Hi guys
I would be most gratefull if someone could tell me if the zalman s7500 will fit in my homebuild.
I have a :-

Thermaltake Xaser VI MX Black/Silver ATX Case
Intel E6600 core 2 duo(conroe)
Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L
Asus EAH 4830 Card
OCZ 600Watt ModXStream Pro PSU
4 X 512 DDR2 Memory Sticks (generic)

either the S7500 or the S7700 (not sure in the difference)

I also like the Freezer PRO REV2 but thought it would be a bit heavy and oversize for my set up.

I will be upgrading in the New Year and was thinking of this Motherboard bundle in my price range Intel i3 530 @ 3.65GHz - Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2H - 4GB DDR3 1333MHz Memory overclocked bundle coming in at £222.00
