I have 1x4gb G.Skill 1333 RAM, which I haven't done anything to (unlike the rest of my overclocked system). Yesterday, I happened to be in CPU-Z and I noticed that the clocks said 669! AMD Overdrive has the same number. What could be causing this?

G.Skill 1333 RAM is DDR, which means "double data rate." So you take the 669 (it's an approximate estimate by CPU-Z, so it's really more like 667 or something) and double it, which comes to around 1333.

In other words, you're all set. You're getting what you paid for.
