Recommend me a MoBo for i7-920 build *Urgent*

Photoshop (Main), Gaming, as a HTPC

OVERCLOCKING:

Yes (I would like to aim to get it to about 3.2GHz/3.4GHz, I think this should be ok with my cooler)

PARTS I ALREADY HAVE:

GTX 260
Coolermaster V8
4GB RAM (2x 2GB sticks - I want to upgrade to 3x 2GB next month. Main concern is will this fit with the V8 on the boards I'm looking at)
Antec 900
2x 22" inch monitors at 1920x1080 - also using a 50" LG Plasma at 1920x1080 - only plug this in to watch movies etc (and sometimes when I'm lazy - for the internet lol)

I'm not too bothered on the price difference, and would really like to get the part from ebuyer (only because I've never ordered anything from the other supplier and I know I can get it from ebuyer tomorrow) but I'd rather go with what best suits my needs, and if it's the lambda-tek one, then I'll just order that.

Is that the only real difference between the two? If so, I think that's the one I will go for.
