I am looking to build my first Intel HTPC.
Main purpose: video multimedia (eg: mkv, bluray files), internet
Other needs: small dimensions (eg: 200X240x70), low noise, easy for travel
Main features considered: Intel chipset, LAN 1000, HDMI 1.4, WiFi 300Mbs, SATA 3, usb 3.0/esata, audio optical out, SSD as boot drive

What is your opinion on MB Asrock H67M-ITX/HT? other suggestions?

Although not that one, I've used several ASRock boards and none gave me any grief.
For the case, if you'd like to have room for a fair number of drives, take a look at the Lian Li PC-Q08. Even with the lower cage removed to accept a longer video card, it will likely mount more drives than your mobo has ports for them. The fans are very quiet, and you can use a standard ATX PSU in it (I would recommend something modular).
