Bottlenecking at my mobo?

I'm currently running a MSI H55-e23 mobo with a Core i5 760 and am considering upgrading to a GFX 560ti or Radeon HD 6950. I have 4 GB of 1333 ram so that shouldn't be the issue though I would like to upgrade that to 2x4gb 1600 when i can. My question is if I do follow through with my VGA upgrade will my MOBO be bottlenecking my performance?

Motherboard doesn't make a notable difference(if any) in performance,so you'll be fine with the GPU upgrade
