i have liked the technology so much but is there a way ram can as well be expanded via PCIe? mr richiez in uganda
 
Are you talking about using memory to simulate a hard disk, then yes, Gigabyte came up with something call the I-Ram, now called GC-RAMDISK, that you filled with cheap memory and connected via sata-150 and acted just like a hdd, with battery backup.

It's only downside, was it limitation to 4GB capacity.
