I would personally recommend this HDD over the seagate...

Otherwise it looks like a REALLY nice build...man i wish i could upgrade to a GTX 460

A . Since you have a decent enough budget, why not a go with a better, future ready mobo ?

Also, you need a lower latency RAM for better gaming performance (CL7). Or this one to save some money.

And go with this hard drive.
