Player being unable to join server after being kicked from..

Howdy all,

Last night on one of my servers, a player that I know, player 1, was
kicked by another player. Now, player 1 can not join my server or any
others. Any idea as to why? What can I do to prevent this in the future?

Could be running different versions after the new patch? I was kicked
by anti-ttc today after installing the new one as the server was running
the last version and didn't recognise the update

Sounds like a nasty mod, one that changes your settings when you are
kicked to give ya a headache on attempting to rejoin the server or
join another server, how devious.
