Ok,if you say it's the strangest question of the decade, why don't you answer this question then?

So,what's the difference between the WD 600GB 10,000 RPM vs Samsung 500GB 16MB Spin Point F3?

Secondly, what's the difference between the Corsair Dominator-GT 2000MHz vs OCZ High End Ram?

And let's see if this is the strangest question of the decade.

i am from no corner saying velocicopter are crap, they re actually good.
Spinpoint f1 and f3 go over 600 gB and match latency times. + lower prices.

and from wherever the heck you made up that i said 500gB 16mB crap.

and comparing Corsairs 4gB Dominator GT series with OCz ddr3 series is a shame for you. OCZ is top notch in those areas beating Corsairs rams day in day out. i am Corsair fan, but truth is truth.

This is the Gaming System I have in mind.

01:Aerocool (PGS) VX-E-PRO-LE Gaming Case
02:Aerocool V12-600W Gaming PSU
03:EVGA P55 FTW Motherboard
04:Intel Core i5 760 CPU
05:Corsair Dominator-GT 2000MHz 4GB C8
06:Samsung HD502HJ Hard Drive
07:Samsung SH-B123A Blu-Ray Combo Drive
08:EVGA GTX 460 1GB EE SC Edition
09:Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
10:Xigmatek Achilles CPU Cooler
11:Zalman ZM-STG2 Super Thermal Grease

Overclock to 4+,21.5" LED Full HD 1920x1080 Resolution.
Overclock video card.
Approximate time two weeks to order.

Any suggestions welcome and tell me what you think?

Thank you in advance.

You are a corsair fan eh? Well, why didnt you go with the corsair ram?
You cant tell me that ocz is better than corsair of you are a fan of the corsair.
Truth is truth and i think you are manipulating me into buying ocz if it is better.
So i think ill stay with the corsair because there quality is better than the ocz,
so sorry.

Here is the comparison of the storage options:

1) For $260, you can by this: Western Digital VelociRaptor WD6000HLHX 600GB

2) For $110 you can increase the space by almost 40 percent and get better performance: Buy 2 SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB for $55 each and put them in a RAID 0 configuration for a TB of storage faster than the Velociraptor.

3) Here is what I recommend. Start with option 2) and then add a SSD for your OS and favorite game. Here is a Kingston SSDNow V Series SNV425-S2/64GB for $100 after rebate. Total is $40 less and a huge performance gain.

If you don't mind me asking, what's wrong with the corsair dominator-gt's?

I wouldn't say the OCZs have compatibility issues, more like some of the models have higher voltages, which some motherboards don't accept as well.

The dominators are nice, but you can manually adjust some timings of lower priced RAM, and achieve similar results.

Where are you guys getting the Aerocool VX-E Pro LE?! I've been looking everywhere for it!
If you could get back to me with that it would be great.
I've been stuck with the idea of using the standard VX-E and modding it with a 250mm red led fan on the side. But it just doesn't compare to the Pro LE. Also how do you guys feel about using patriot sector 5 memory on a am3 board? I've heard good and bad on it.
