hi i need to upgrade my video card as i have just installed win 7 can anyone advise me on the best one to buy. this is my system details.

Is this a home-build system or from a vendor? What's the model number if it's from a vendor?

From the looks of your system, you won't get much of a boost from a fast video card, your whole system would need an upgrade. From the looks of things, the card you have now is a PCI model, do you have an empty AGP slot? I don't think your motherboard would have a PCIE slot for video.
 
And the CPU. All depends on what you use this for. For newer games, you really should do a full upgrade. If it's just to make Windows 7 run a bit better, you can track down a PCI card better than the SiS one you have, those things are crap.
