HELP Problems installing new HD (storage)

Hello

I am trying to install a new HD but I am having some difficulty, I see the HD in the BIOS and I see it under device manager but dont see it under Computer, like it hasnt been assigned a "letter".

Can someone please help because I have 2 more HD to install and a SSD and I am already having problems

You need to right click on the disk in disk management, create a partition and format it.
