Western digital passport essential bad pcb

Hello,
sudenly my external drive canot comunicate anymore with any computer, it only show bad pcb message no rare sounds found, light is on , cannot load the drivers in the computer only says cannot find righ driver so im very disapointed i went o te seller and the ofer to give me back my money but i want my data recovery!!!! heeelllpppp!!!!

hi thanks for comment, yes my drive is detected in tjhe device manager but cannot load the drivers, there is the yellow sign wich means its not comunicating, and says theres no problem with the device , troubl etrouble trouble.......i just want to find the way to recover my data
cable is allright so..... thanks for your comment, if you have any otherv suggestions ill apreciate
