[HELP] DVD Drive Installation

So I'm building a PC and everything has gone well except one thing. I have no idea how to put my 2 DVD drives into the case.
The bays look like this and the front part (where I am suppose to put it in) doesn't move when i try to open it.

The case is a Raidmax Viper 2. Anyone know how to get the DVD drives in?
