Two GeForce 7950 GX2 vs One EVGA GTX470 / Is this an upgrade?

I currently have 2x GeForce 7950 GX2 in my PC and was looking to upgrade. Would 1X EVGA GT470 be an upgrade or should I just keep what I have now. Thanks!

Yes it is an Upgrade, unless you would have a CPU bottleneck with the new card. The 7xxx cards were great in their time but have problems with shader heavy newer games. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/graphics-card-gefor...
