Cannot format my micro sd card in my phone and in pc

Hello,I am really having a problem with my memory card. I don't know what exactly happened. When i opened my memory card in my phone after copying some files from my PC,I can't open .I can't format my memory card both in my mobile phone and PC and when I try to open a file a dialog box appears and says"format the disk.but when tries to format ,say that unable to format it.how can i overcome this problem.pls helpme .pls give solution for me

try formatting it by using acronis disk director from DOS

Do you still want the data there? If you do , you are supposed to restore it at first and use the way to format it. If you doubt about recovery stuff, you can read more related article and make your decision:Format Recovery , Tested Data Recovery Freeware
After the recovery thing, you can do as shown to forma it:
Start => Setting => Control Panel =>Administrative Tools => Computer Management =>Disk Management=> Right click your drive on the list => format it.
