I7 920 ideal temperature

hi there guys. i am new here. couple of days ago, i 've change my CPU heatsink. from the stock fan to Cooler Master N520 due to an alarming rise of temperature. (idle temp. 99C that is no application running.) so i change the heatsink. now the idle temp is 55 max on the REAL TEMP 3.60. is this the normal temp? what are the recommended TIM?

my load temp is 75C.

Then it is fine.But your ideal temps are bit high. What is your ambient temp?I mean outside temp.

it's 35C. Thanks for the relieves answer. huh....
