2x5770 XFire Not Working

After several weeks of great XFire performance from 2x Sapphire 5770's, games are now locking up with XFire. I had updated the Catalyst to 10.6 for Win7-64 right before this happened, so I uninstalled 10.6 then reinstalled the 10.5 version of Catalyst. Despite this, Champions Online and Aion are still both locking when XFire is active. Games ok when off. I only have one bridge installed. I know I am missing something here, but can't figure out what. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hey there,

When you rolled back to 10.5, did you use driver sweeper/cleaner?

For the first time, I had to use this after rolling back (from 10.6) to an older driver version (10.3).

From experience and from forums, 10.6 doesn't play nicely with crossfire.

You were right: after uninstalling 10.6, Guru3D Sweeper, still showed lots of files left over. After sweeping the files out and rebooting, I checked again and they were all gone. I re-installed Catalyst 10.5, activated Crossfire, and all is well with the world.
