  1. Not bad at all. What sort of games are you planning to use it for? Planning to overclock? If not, I would opt for a tri-core. Keep in mind that the slowest part of your system will be your HDD
  2. Dump the cassing, Get Cooler Master HAF 922. Good, REALLY good and bit cheaper.

Otherwise nice setup. get it soon.
  3. the case i already got : (

but i will use this computer for gaming mainly...i play games that are not very demanding like dota, heroes of newerth, half life 2, starcraft 2, roller coaster tycoon 3, and maybe mass effect 2.

I also use for web browsing, watching vidoes, and general schoolwork.

I think i might get a different HDD but can you recommend me a good HDD under $50? I dont care about hard drive space too much i don't use that many gigs of storage anyway.
  4. i will also try to unlock to a quad core so what cpu cooler should i get?

I would prefer to spend below $35 for a cpu cooler.
  5. I don't see any option of good hdd in 50$, may be lowest Velociraptor.

In 35$ you can get a good HSF (Heatsink Fan for noobs), pretty good. try Xigmatek, Scythe, Zalman &

ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2+ sik!
  6. hdd = Samsung Spinpoint F4 HD322GJ/U 320GB.
  7. yeah that cpu cooler is the one i am going to get..thanks! Ill go to the store today and see what hardrives i can find....ill reply by tommorow on a final build.
  8. the hard drive everyone recommends
    samsung spinpoint f3
  9. hard drive is only 5 dollars over budget and free shipping
