Worried about temps

I just installed Windows 7 on my new pc, and ran speedtest right afterwards. Im a little confused with what showed up.

Why is third temp showing up as 80 C with a little flame thing next to it? Is that the video card?

Does temp 3 ever change? Motherboards seem to support up to 3 temp sensors, and when speedfan or HW monitor think there should be a temp sensor somewhere that the motherboard manufacturer didnt put one they seem to make up numbers. If it never moves from 80C then i would say its likely a software glitch.
